Refund Policy
We believe that a business should not be locked in to a fixed term with an agency. You need time to work out if we are the right relationship for your business. That is why we allow you the position to cancel our service at any time with your account manager.
To be eligible for the refund policy
You need to:
- Give 14 days written notice to stop work on your account before the end of the month
- Advise your account manager (phone and written)
The refund you receive may not be to the full amount due to the following conditions:
- Transaction processing fees from financial third parties such as Stripe, PayPal and other credit holders like Visa, MasterCard and American Express
- Exchange rates of international currencies/dollars at the time of the refund
- Fortnightly refunds will be refunded as two separate transactions and may be affected by the above two conditions
We also reserve the right to cancel work on your account due to:
- You fail to pay your fortnightly or monthly renewal payments by the due date*
- The relationship is no longer viable for us*
- We or any account manager deem your business is not a partner that we would work with*
- We are not able to take in new business at the time (money will be refunded)
*We also reserve the right to ban your business (either 3 months, 6 months, a year or lifetime)
